A Maternity Portrait Session (NJ Maternity Portrait Photographer)

On Sunday I photographed Corey for her Maternity Portraits at their home in North Brunswick. Her husband Juan was also in the portraits and they were a lot of fun to work with. They found me from my display I have at the Brunswick Hills OBGYN office in East Brunswick. Since the display I've been photographing a lot more babies and maternity sessions and it's been a blast. I have a huge display going up at the Brunswick Hills OBGYN in East Brunswick, NJ. Right now I have four portraits hanging and will probably hang about another 15 over the next two months. They gave me full range and there is so much wall space! I am having a hard time figuring out what portraits I should have printed for their wall. All they ask is to have some variety, maternity, infants, children, families, etc. They are also all in black and white which I love because it will look like my own little art gallery. I have a lot of other places where they will be hanging I will post the places when I have the deals done. Below are a couple of portraits of the same baby that I am considering, I will probably use one of them. I created this blog to show some of my baby portraiture. Photographing infants is one of the most rewarding types of photography. It's an age where most parents regret not having beautiful portraits taken. I photograph my baby portraits on location in the comfort of your own home. They are never too young! I've photographed many infants just over 1 week old. I do recommend one or both of the parents to be in the portrait even if they are just being used as a "prop". The mom or dad's face doesn't have to be in the portrait, maybe just their hands or part of their body. When photographing babies it's nice to have a "scale" so by looking at the portrait you can tell how small they are. Below happens to be one of the most interesting portrait of an infant that I've seen. Keep on checking back, I am planning on posting often!
